Pastry Chef Cover Letter

　　This is to bring to your notice that I would like to apply for the post of a pastry chef in your cake shop. On 10th of May 20XX I was passing by your cake shop and saw a poster advertisement on the wall of the shop regarding the requirement of a pastry chef.

　　I have been working in the food and beverage industry since last two years. I have done my diploma in hotel management from International Hotel Training Institute. I am currently working as an assistant pastry chef in the pastry section of Hilton Hotel. My job function is to follow the orders of the head chef and prepare pastries. I believe that by joining your cake shop I will get an upper hand as a chef. I would be able to make best use of my culinary skills and bake cakes and pastries that will increase the reputation of your cake shop.
