今天是周末，陽光明媚，人們都去踏青，我們也要去尋找春天的氣息。經(jīng)過商量，我們決定去甬東魚莊燒烤。
說干就干，我和哥哥歡蹦亂跳地跑向樂購買燒烤的食品，挑了羊肉串、雞米花、雞翅、秋刀魚……母親買了一些調(diào)味粉、飲料以及一些小零食。買好食品，我們直奔甬東魚莊。
來到魚莊，我們在湖中央的涼亭上挑了一個合適的位子。老板幫我們拿來了燒烤架和碳，并教我們怎樣使用。
我們先要把碳燒熟，等煙火差不多沒有了，再蓋上鐵蓋子，鋪上一張錫紙，就可以開始燒烤了。我自告奮勇要當(dāng)燒烤師，我拿出一串串烤串放在燒烤架上，一手拿著小刷子刷油，一手不時地翻面，防止烤焦。不久傳來肉香，肉串也慢慢地烤成了金黃色，上面開始往外冒油，油滴到碳上發(fā)出“滋溜”一聲。站在一旁的哥哥看得直流口水，迫不及待地想吃了。母親說：“心急吃不了熱豆腐，要烤熟了才能吃�！�
過了一會兒，肉串烤熟了，我把它們裝在盤子里，并撒上胡椒粉，一盤美味的'烤串出爐了。一上桌，就被一搶而空，大家吃得津津有味，直夸我的手藝好。
接下來母親登場，她也像我一樣操作著，我們一家人一邊吃，一邊玩，大家都洋溢著笑容，開心極了。真是一次難忘的燒烤。
