停電了英語(yǔ)日記

　　今天晚上，我正在寫(xiě)作業(yè)，突然停電了，四周一下變得黑漆漆的，我慌了神.媽媽一邊摸索著找來(lái)蠟燭點(diǎn)燃，一邊打開(kāi)手電筒.但習(xí)慣了平時(shí)亮堂堂的照明，總覺(jué)得光線還是很模糊，媽媽安慰我說(shuō)：“這總比鑿壁偷光舒服多了吧！”我想想也是，便堅(jiān)持寫(xiě)作業(yè).作業(yè)完成后，我來(lái)到陽(yáng)臺(tái)上一看，呀！平時(shí)燈火通明的街道現(xiàn)在也是一片黑暗，少數(shù)人家點(diǎn)起了蠟燭，燭光忽明忽暗，就像夜空中點(diǎn)綴著閃閃發(fā)亮的星星.看見(jiàn)遠(yuǎn)處的小區(qū)有電，我非常羨慕，覺(jué)得住在那邊的人們好幸福喲！哎！平時(shí)自己怎么就不覺(jué)得了？這難道就叫“身在福中不知�！�？8時(shí)左右，電終于來(lái)了，從死氣沉沉的黑暗中瞬間重見(jiàn)光明真好，我開(kāi)心得又蹦又跳。

　　This evening， I was doing my homework. Suddenly， there was a power failure. It became dark all around. I panicked. Mother fumbled for a candle to light and turned on the flashlight. But I am used to the bright lighting. I always feel that the light is still very fuzzy. My mother comforted me and said， "it's more comfortable than chiseling and stealing the light." When I think about it， I insist on my homework. After finishing my homework， I went to the balcony to have a look！ The street is also dark now. A few people light candles， which are like shining stars in the night sky. Seeing that there is electricity in the distant community， I am very envious and feel that the people who live there are very happy！ Hey！ Why don't you feel it？ Is this called "I don't know if I'm blessed"？ Around 8 o'clock， the electricity finally came. It's good to see the light again in a moment from the dead darkness. I'm happy and jumping.

　　如果沒(méi)有愛(ài)迪生，我不敢想象，這個(gè)世界會(huì)是什么樣，也許都得摸黑過(guò)著原始的生活.所以，我們要感謝愛(ài)迪生給人類(lèi)創(chuàng)造了幸福。

　　Without Edison， I can't imagine what the world would be like. Maybe we have to live in the dark and lead a primitive life. So， we want to thank Edison for creating happiness for mankind.
